“You cannot go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”

— C. S. Lewis

Who Am I?

Hi!
My name is Tori. I am a mother to 3 playful, determined and inquisitive young children. My husband is a joyful, lively and caring teacher, through whom I have had the benefit of seeing how imperative student engagement is in educational and life outcomes.

I grew up within the Ballina region, moved away for university and work opportunities then happily returned for the coastal family lifestyle.

As a family we enjoy going to the beach, swimming, many imaginary games (mostly based around school, cafes and emergency services), bike riding, playing at the park and indulging in a good bakery treat.

My Background

I hold a bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy and have worked in the paediatric OT field for 10+ years. Over this time I have worked in different settings within a range of different service delivery models. Throughout this time I have been able to refine my skillset, hone in on my areas of passion and most importantly see children thrive.

My Passion

As an OT I am passionate about empowering each child I work alongside. Encouraging them to have confidence in what they can achieve. To foster a passion for learning and growth. To establish resilience and hope for the future.
